I believe in creative commons. Which means you can use my stuff, non-commercially and as long as you drop me a notice.
And that's to prevent improper use mostly. I don't want to see my works in porn sites or such nonsense

Obviously, if you try to take credit for my work, i can't do anything, as long as i (or anyone that knows my work) don't know about it. But that'll not change the fact that it's thieving. How well you can live with that is not my problem. And there's always the possiblity of becoming an international laughing-stock like this asshole [link]

And if you are going to use it for a publication or anything editorial like that, it'd be nice to mention my name and my gallery here on DA.

If you want to use my work for anything with commercial value, you'll have to pay for it. In that case, i'll let people know that the images are copyrighted for you, and using such work might be illegal in some cases.
